Harcourt Pre-School, Westbury Park, Bristol BS6 7NS

Harcourt Pre-School is based in north Bristol.

We were established in 1956 with the aim of providing good quality childcare in a safe and stimulating environment.


The name ‘Harcourt’ derives from our first location in a room in Harcourt Road. We are located in St Albans Church hall and are run independently of the church. We are proud of our links with the local community with which we enjoy a respected and affectionate relationship.


We provide a friendly, comfortable and safe environment for children to learn through play. Enjoyment and fun are linked with discovery and learning. The qualified staff are sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each child.


The team strongly believes Pre-School should be fun and we all support children in their learning journey, including preparing them for a happy transition to school.
