Harcourt Pre-school has a statutory duty and pastoral responsibility towards the children in their care and we recognise that children have a fundamental right to be protected from harm.
The Children Act 1989 places a duty on us to assist Social Services in their work on behalf of children in need and their enquiries into allegations of child abuse.
